Manama: Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF), received Vice Admiral Andrew Burns, Fleet Commander of the Royal Navy. The meeting was attended by Lieutenant General Abdullah bin Hassan Al Nuaimi, Minister of Defence Affairs, and Lieutenant General Theyab bin Saqr Al Nuaimi, Chief of Staff.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Commander-in-Chief highlighted the strong ties between Bahrain and the United Kingdom. He emphasized the importance of strengthening cooperation across various sectors, with a particular focus on the military domain.
