Bahrain Defense Force (BDF) Commander-in-Chief Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa inspected the National Shield 2022 drills carried out by the BDF in coordination with the National Guards and the Interior Ministry.
The commander-in-chief was briefed on the details of the joint training.
He stressed that the BDF continues to hold these training in implementation of the directives of the Supreme Commander His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
Shaikh Khalifa said that the aim of the drills is to boost the forces’ readiness, develop their defense capabilities and enhance cooperation with other relevant authorities.
He praised the high efficiency and capabilities shown by the trainees and their performance in using the latest weapons and modern technology defense systems.
