Fasht Al Jarim: As part of ongoing efforts to enhance maritime security and safety, Coast Guard patrols apprehended four fishermen in the Fasht Al Jarim area for engaging in illegal bottom trawling and shrimp fishing during the ban period.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Coast Guard Command emphasised its continued commitment to monitoring and addressing violations that pose a threat to marine resources. It stressed the importance of adhering to fishing regulations to ensure the sustainability of marine life and fish stocks within the Kingdom of Bahrain's territorial waters.
