Riyadh:Major General Turki Al Malki, the Official Spokesperson of the Coalition to Restore Legitimacy in Yemen, has categorically denied allegations made by the Houthi militia. The militia claimed that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia threatened to target tribal and civilian gatherings, which Al Malki has described as false and entirely baseless.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Al Malki stated that these allegations are part of continued attempts to mislead public opinion and divert attention from the militia's own crises. He also cautioned against involving Yemeni tribes in conflicts.
The spokesperson underlined that Yemeni tribes are an integral part of Yemen's social structure and serve as a bridge of communication between the Saudi and Yemeni peoples. Al Malki reiterated Saudi Arabia's commitment to Yemen's security and stability, emphasizing the importance of maintaining the bonds between the Saudi and Yemeni peoples while ensuring that Yemeni tribes are not drawn into unnecessary conflicts.
