Beijing: Chen Wenqing, a senior official of the Communist Party of China (CPC), held a meeting with His Excellency Viktor Orban, Prime Minister of Hungary, to discuss strengthening bilateral cooperation on security and economic issues.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the discussions focused on enhancing collaboration in areas such as national sovereignty, law enforcement, and the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI). Both parties emphasized the importance of high-level political mutual trust and explored ways to broaden exchanges and cooperation in economic and trade sectors, as well as in law enforcement, security, and justice.
The meeting underscored the commitment to ensuring a favorable business environment and the safety of both countries' citizens and their property. The dialogue highlighted the ongoing efforts to deepen bilateral ties and foster a cooperative relationship between China and Hungary.
