Manama: Lieutenant General Tariq Al Hassan, Chief of Police, and Shaikh Khalid bin Humood Al Khalifa, Capital Governor, conducted an inspection visit to homes in Sitra affected by debris from the interception of an Iranian drone. During the visit, they assessed the safety of citizens and residents, noting that the injuries sustained by some citizens were minor, and are receiving full medical follow-up. According to Bahrain News Agency, the Chief of Police stated that the Kingdom of Bahrain, under its leadership and through its national institutions, remains strong and capable of overcoming these challenges, and will emerge from this crisis stronger and more united. He emphasized the commitment of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to monitor the conditions of those affected and ensure that all forms of support and care are provided to them. Furthermore, Lt. Gen. Al Hassan highlighted the dedication of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to ensur e the safety of citizens and provide them with every means of support under all circumstances. This reflects the leadership's approach to safeguarding the security and safety of the community. Lt. Gen. Al Hassan also mentioned the close follow-up by General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, the Minister of Interior, to execute the leadership's directives and mobilize resources to support those affected. This includes providing basic needs, such as shelter arrangements and coordination with relevant authorities, to ensure a swift response to the incident's repercussions and mitigate its impact. The security authorities continue to perform their duties with professionalism and efficiency as part of the national efforts to protect lives and property.
