Sitra: In line with the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and the Prime Minister, Shaikh Khalid bin Humood bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Capital Governor, visited the Sitra area to check on the safety of citizens after the blatant Iranian aggressive drone attack, resulting in several injuries among citizens and damage to homes and vehicles.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Capital Governor affirmed that the government, through coordination between the relevant authorities, is following up on the conditions and needs of those affected, noting the order of HRH the Crown Prince and the Prime Minister to cover the costs of repairing the damage.
Shaikh Khalid bin Humood explained that the Capital Governorate remained dedicated to maintaining open communication with citizens to ensure their needs were met throughout the visit. He commended the Ministry of Health for its efforts in treating the injured, noting that the Kingdom continues to demonstrate its inherent cohesion. He further highlighted that the solidarity shown by citizens, residents, volunteers, and various government agencies remains a testament to Bahrain's national unity in dealing with these current circumstances.
