Manama: Hamad bin Faisal Al Maliki, Minister of Cabinet Affairs, received Sheikh Al Fadhl bin Mohammed Al Harthy, Secretary General of the Council of Ministers of the Sultanate of Oman. Minister Al Maliki highlighted the deep rooted ties between the Kingdom of Bahrain and Oman, which is based on shared history, mutual respect, and close cooperation. He noted the continued support of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tariq of Oman. According to Bahrain News Agency, Minister Al Maliki also emphasised the commitment to enhancing coordination between the two countries, supported by the close follow-up of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister. He underscored the importance of broadening areas of cooperation to achieve further progress and prosperity for both countries. On his part, Sheikh Al Fadhl bin Mohammed Al Harthy commended the longstanding relations between the Kingdom and Oman, as well as the efforts of Bahrai n's Cabinet in improving government performance. He emphasised Oman's commitment to further develop bilateral cooperation and open new avenues that benefit both peoples.
