Manama: Dr. Ali bin Mohammed Al Rumaihi, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Bahrain Institute for Political Development, commended His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa's speech during the inauguration of the fourth session of the sixth legislative term of the Shura and Representatives Councils.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Dr. Al Rumaihi noted that the speech reflects His Majesty's vision on consolidating the basis of the modern state based on consultation, justice, equality, and continued reform and comprehensive development. Dr. Al Rumaihi added that the address serves as a renewed roadmap for national action, promoting effective cooperation between the legislative and executive authorities, supporting national ambitions, and reinforcing citizen participation.
He also highlighted HM the King's emphasis on national identity, rejection of narrow allegiances, promotion of tolerance, and development of scientific knowledge, technology, artificial intelligence, and renewable energy in line with Bahrain's path toward a diversified and sustainable economy.
Dr. Al Rumaihi commended His Majesty's recognition of Bahraini citizens as the Kingdom's true asset and support for empowering national talent, youth participation, and initiatives in employment and training.
He emphasised that the Institute will continue to draw inspiration from His Majesty's directives to expand its programmes in constitutional culture, political awareness, and positive engagement in national development.
