Manama: Lieutenant General Theyab bin Saqr Al Nuaimi, Chief of Staff, attended the opening of a military exhibition at the Technical Maintenance Unit of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF). The event coincided with the celebrations of the 57th anniversary of the BDF’s establishment.
According to Bahrain News Agency, during a tour of the exhibition, the Chief of Staff reviewed the displayed equipment, vehicles, and systems. Lt. Gen. Al Nuaimi underscored BDF’s commitment to a structured and strategic approach to achieving advanced development under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces. He also highlighted the continued follow-up by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and Prime Minister, as well as the directives of Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Commander-in-Chief of the BDF.
The Chief of Staff expressed his appreciation for the exhibition’s inauguration, noting its alignment with the anniversary celebrations. He also commended BDF for its high level of professionalism and operational readiness.
