Manama: Major General Shaikh Ali bin Rashid Al Khalifa, Assistant Chief of Staff for Manpower of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF), inaugurated a new military facility building, coinciding with the 58th anniversary of the establishment of the BDF. The inauguration marks a significant milestone in the ongoing development and modernization efforts of the BDF, underscoring its commitment to enhancing operational capabilities.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the ceremony included the unveiling of a commemorative plaque, symbolizing the official opening of the facility. Major General Shaikh Ali bin Rashid Al Khalifa then received a detailed briefing on the project, highlighting the strategic importance and intended use of the new infrastructure.
After the briefing, Major General Shaikh Ali bin Rashid toured the building to inspect its various sections. The tour provided an opportunity to observe firsthand the state-of-the-art facilities and the technological advancements incorporated into the design of the new military establishment.
