Ministers Bankin Rikani and Fuad Hussein joined the meeting of the President of Al-Fateh Alliance, Hadi Al-Amiri, Speaker of the Parliament, Muhammad Al-Halbousi, and the heads of the coordination framework blocs, inside the Parliament's cafeteria.
Rikani is leading the negotiation on behalf of the Kurdistan Democratic Party and Fuad Hussein is an observer of the meetings.
