Bahrain’s Representative Leads Arab Ambassadors Council Meeting in Geneva

Geneva: Abdulla Abdulatif Abdulla, Bahrain's Permanent Representative to the United Nations Office and other international organisations in Geneva, chaired the fifth meeting of the Arab Ambassadors Council at the Permanent Mission of the League of Arab States in Geneva.

According to Bahrain News Agency, Shaikha Al Nowais, recently appointed as Secretary General of the United Nations World Tourism Organisation, delivered a briefing to the Arab group during the meeting. She outlined the organisation's upcoming priorities and plans to enhance its role.

Shaikha Al Nowais highlighted the significance of Arab cooperation and coordination in the tourism sector. She urged for the establishment of shared goals to promote the region's tourism potential on the international stage.
