Manama: Bahraini daily newspapers today turned their attention to a series of diplomatic and governmental events that unfolded over the past 24 hours. According to Bahrain News Agency, His Majesty the King of Bahrain is set to travel to Egypt tomorrow, marking a significant diplomatic engagement. Furthermore, His Majesty extended congratulations to the President of Bulgaria, while also receiving congratulations from the Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force. In addition to royal activities, His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister visited the majlises of His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa, the Kanoo family, and His Excellency Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh. Other notable engagements included His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Ali's meeting with the Chinese Ambassador, and the Foreign Minister's meeting with the CEO of Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance. The Finance Minister also engaged with the CEO of Gavi, emphasizing Bahrain's commitment to global health initiatives. In the sphere of justice, the Justice Ministry's Equal Opportunities Committee convened its first meeting for 2025. Concurrently, executive and legislative authorities discussed the state budget for 2025-2026, indicating ongoing fiscal planning efforts. Technological advancements were also highlighted as the Electricity and Water Authority's services became accessible via the MyGov app, and the Survey and Land Registration Bureau launched an electronic property ownership certificate. Furthermore, the Higher Education Council's Secretary-General participated in a panel on quality assurance, underlining the focus on educational standards.
