MP Al Dhaen noted that Bahrain’s national policies are dedicated to adhering to the principles of humanitarian law through active participation in regional and international engagements. This includes facilitating humanitarian access, enhancing legal and executive protection frameworks, collaborating closely with UN agencies, supporting peacekeeping efforts, and encouraging dialogue and diplomacy to prevent conflicts.
She highlighted Bahrain’s investment in initiatives aimed at protecting vulnerable groups. The Kingdom allocates budgets to humanitarian funds for women, children, the elderly, and people with disabilities.
