Bahraini, Saudi Joint IPA Ruathon Concludes Successfully

Manama: Bahraini and Saudi collaboration in public administration reached new heights with the conclusion of the joint Administrative Future Ruathon, hosted by Bahrain in partnership with the Saudi Institute of Public Administration. Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Duaij Al Khalifa, Director General of the Institute of Public Administration (IPA), emphasized the significance of this event as a testament to Bahrain's dedication to advancing administrative development and cultivating a culture of innovation in the public sector.

According to Bahrain News Agency, Dr. Shaikha Rana highlighted the event as a reflection of IPA's commitment to fostering innovation-driven administrative transformation. She underscored the importance of creative thinking and the exchange of expertise in building and developing national leadership. The strong partnership with the Saudi Institute of Public Administration was praised for its role in enhancing knowledge exchange across various domains of public administration.

Dr. Bandar bin Asaad Al Sajan, Director General of the Saudi Institute of Public Administration, commended the collaborative efforts with IPA. He described the Administrative Future Ruathon as an exemplary model of Gulf partnership aimed at improving government performance. He pointed out that the initiative facilitates the exchange of administrative experience and best practices, fostering an environment conducive to institutional innovation and contributing to creative solutions for the shared visions of both nations.

The closing ceremony, attended by officials, participants, and experts, highlighted the high level of organization and the quality of outputs delivered by the Ruathon. Attendees stressed the importance of continuing such joint initiatives to bolster Gulf cooperation in public administration.

The event concluded with the recognition of trainers, participants, and winning teams. The first-place project, "Talent Radar Platform," proposed an integrated system for managing and developing talent within the government sector. The second-place project, "Integrated Umrah Experience," aimed to enhance the pilgrim journey on the Nusuk platform by including historical and cultural sites in its packages. The third-place project, "Unified Business Intelligence Platform," presented an AI-supported system designed to improve government resource management and enable informed decision-making.
