Manama: Amid recent Iranian aggression affecting Bahrain and other Gulf countries, Bahraini families and institutions have issued statements emphasising their support for the Kingdom, national unity, and loyalty to the Kingdom under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. The statements were issued by 1000 Bahraini families, community leaders, business figures, religious centres, sports and cultural clubs, and civil society organisations.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the statements confirmed their unity around the national leadership under His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and expressed confidence in the measures taken by the government, led by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to confront the Iranian attacks.
They commended the Bahrain Defence Force and its personnel for their high readiness, professionalism and vigilance in responding to attacks targeting civilian sites and private property, describing these assaults as serious violations of principles of good neighbourliness and religious bonds, and as a direct threat to regional peace and security.
The statements also commended the Ministry of Interior and its personnel for their efforts in addressing the consequences of the attacks, expressing pride in the dedication and professionalism of national personnel working across various sectors in service of the Kingdom.
They reiterated that the Kingdom of Bahrain, under the leadership of His Majesty the King and with the support of HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, will continue its firm approach in supporting peace, enhancing regional and international stability, and promoting principles of good neighbourliness, mutual respect and coexistence among peoples and nations.
