Manama: The Bahrain Writers Association said that the remarks of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to the media reflect a clear national position on safeguarding Bahrain's security and stability, stressing the priority of protecting the nation and preserving its sovereignty under all circumstances.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the association noted that HM the King's remarks were decisive in affirming that Bahrain's security and stability are a red line, and that national responsibility requires clear positions that allow no hesitation or ambiguity in confronting challenges.
It stressed that acts of treason represent a serious breach of national duty and values, describing them as unacceptable and incompatible with the principles of belonging. The association added that any sympathy with or justification of the Iranian aggression or interference in Bahrain's affairs constitutes a clear breach of national loyalty.
The association expressed confidence that Bahrain, under the leadership of HM the King and the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, will continue to safeguard its security and stability and enhance national unity in addressing various challenges.
