Manama: Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 1,946.67 points, marking an increase of 8.94 points above the previous closing. This increase was attributed to the rise in the financial sector and the material sector.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Bahrain Islamic Index also experienced an uptick, closing at 907.67 points, an increase of 15.33 points from its previous closing. The day's trading activity saw 78 equity transactions with a volume of 2,899,311, amounting to BD 720,430.
Investors predominantly focused on the financial sector, which represented 71.73% of the total value of securities traded.
