Manama: Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 1,890.11 points, marking a decrease of 10.09 points below the previous closing. This decrease was due to the drop in the industrial sector and the material sector.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Bahrain Islamic Index has closed at 770.01 points, marking an increase of 4.54 points above the previous closing. Results indicated that 70 equity transactions took place with a volume of 1,301,562 worth BD 494,167. Investors traded mainly in the financial sector, representing 39.23% of the total value of securities traded.
