Manama: Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 1,929.76 points, marking a decrease of 6.62 points below the previous closing. This downturn was attributed to a decline in both the financial and materials sectors.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Bahrain Islamic Index also experienced a decrease, closing at 866.20 points, down by 5.08 points from the previous closing. The stock market activity included 85 equity transactions with a volume of 1,688,942, amounting to a total value of BD 752,059.
Investors predominantly traded in the financial sector, which accounted for 48.06% of the total securities traded.
