Accra:The Bahrain All Share Index closed at 1,876.01 points, experiencing a drop of 3.77 points from its previous close. This decline was attributed to downturns in the financial, materials, real estate, and information technology sectors.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Bahrain Islamic Index also saw a decrease, closing at 872.96 points, down by 3.59 points from its prior close.
The market activity included 90 equity transactions with a trading volume of 1,760,464 shares, amounting to BD 608,271. The financial sector was the most active, accounting for 75.18% of the total value of securities traded.
