Manama: Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 1,947.07 points, marking an increase of 2.69 points above the previous closing. This rise was attributed to the positive performance in the financials and materials sectors.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Bahrain Islamic Index also saw an increase, closing at 928.73 points, which is 6.70 points higher than the previous closing. The day's trading activities included 104 equity transactions with a volume of 2,092,461, amounting to BD 694,346.
Investors showed strong interest in the Financials Sector, which accounted for 82.03% of the total value of securities traded, indicating significant investor confidence in this area.
