Manama: Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 1,906.26 points, marking an increase of 2.90 points above the previous closing. This uplift was driven by gains in the financial and material sectors.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Bahrain Islamic Index also experienced a rise, closing at 923.81 points with an increase of 5.08 points from its previous closing. The trading session saw a total of 91 equity transactions, involving a volume of 865,937 shares valued at BD 348,294.
Investors focused their activities mainly on the financial sector, which accounted for 37.94% of the total value of securities traded.
