Manama: Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 1,966.63 points, marking an increase of 1.25 points above the previous closing. This rise is attributed to the performance in the financial and real estate sectors. According to Bahrain News Agency, the Bahrain Islamic Index also saw an increase, closing at 920.04 points, which is 4.53 points higher than its previous close. The trading session recorded 75 equity transactions with a volume of 1,071,847, amounting to BD 284,658. Investor activity was primarily concentrated in the financial sector, accounting for 71.68% of the total value of securities traded.
