Manama: Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 1,917.54 points, marking a decrease of 3.01 points below the previous closing. This decline was attributed to a drop in the communication service sector, the financial sector, and the industrials sector.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Bahrain Islamic Index also experienced a decrease, closing at 801.22 points, which is 2.27 points below the previous closing. The market activity included 121 equity transactions with a volume of 2,834,086 and a total value of BD 591,844.
Investors primarily focused on the financial sector, which represented 69.31% of the total value of securities traded.
