The Bahrain Islamic Index also saw a positive change, closing at 957.11 points, showing an increase of 14.11 points from the prior close.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the day's trading saw 199 equity transactions with a total volume of 6,036,128 shares, valued at BD 1,493,751. The financials sector was the most active, accounting for 82.34% of the total value of securities traded. This indicates a strong investor focus on financials, contributing significantly to the overall trading activity for the day.
