Manama: Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 2,061.64 points, marking a decrease of 4.56 points below the previous closing. This decrease was due to a drop in the financial sector and the real estate sector. Bahrain Islamic Index has also closed lower at 1,002.38 points, marking a decrease of 8.24 points below the previous closing.
According to Bahrain News Agency, results indicated that 76 equity transactions took place with a volume of 4,751,485, worth BD 807,591. Investors predominantly traded in the financial sector, which represented 88.87% of the total value of securities traded.
