Manama: Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 1,933.09 points, marking a decrease of 2.87 points below the previous closing. This decrease was due to a drop in the consumer discretionary sector and the financials sector. Bahrain Islamic Index has also closed at 926.76 points, marking a decrease of 3.33 points below the previous closing.
According to Bahrain News Agency, results indicated that 90 equity transactions took place with a volume of 2,553,497 worth BD 608,013. Investors traded mainly in the financials sector, representing 88.69% of the total value of securities traded.
