Manama: Bahrain All Share Index closed at 1,967.38 points, marking an increase of 9.45 points above the previous closing. This upward trend was attributed to the rise in the financial, industrial, and material sectors.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Bahrain Islamic Index also experienced a rise, closing at 967.09 points, an increase of 4.36 points. The results indicated that 355 equity transactions took place, with a trading volume of 4,243,935 worth BD 1,143,893. Investors primarily engaged in the financial sector, which represented 78.45% of the total value of securities traded.
