Manama: The Bahrain Red Crescent Society (BRCS) concluded its 2026 Summer Camp after two weeks of humanitarian, educational, and practical activities held at its headquarters in Manama. Participants showcased humanitarian projects and awareness initiatives developed during the camp, reflecting skills gained in communication, teamwork, and community engagement.
According to Bahrain News Agency, BRCS honored participants and trainers for their contributions and highlighted the role of its trainers and volunteers in delivering the program. The camp included workshops on humanitarian leadership, life skills, disaster management, safe evacuation, first aid, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), fire safety, public speaking, artificial intelligence, mental wellbeing, healthy nutrition, recycling, and natural resource conservation.
BRCS stated that the program aims to prepare young people for volunteer work, emergency response, and community service through practical and field-based learning.
