Manama: The Bahrain Paralympic athletics team has departed for an intensive training camp in Turkey as part of its preparation programme for the World Para Athletics Championships, scheduled to take place in New Delhi in 2025.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the camp is designed to enhance the athletes' physical and technical readiness and further develop their skills through specialised training sessions under the supervision of the technical staff.
The World Championships are considered a key milestone on the path to upcoming Paralympic competitions, with the Bahrain team seeking to achieve positive results and represent Bahraini Paralympic sport with distinction on the international stage.
