Sar:Bahrain The Bahrain Netball League has commenced its fourth season, featuring 16 teams. This initiative is part of the Bahrain Netball Board's continued efforts to enhance the sport's development within the Kingdom.
According to Bahrain News Agency, matches are scheduled every Sunday and Tuesday at the Bahrain Rugby Club in Sar. The league's objective is to elevate competitive standards and further promote netball across Bahrain.
Khulood Sabah, Head of Bahrain Netball, emphasized the league's pivotal role in fostering the sport locally. She noted improvements in the technical standards and an increase in team participation as key indicators of the league's success.
The Bahrain Netball Board is focused on building on these achievements, with goals to expand participation and prepare players for representation in international competitions.
