Manama: The Bahrain Hajj Mission conducted a coordination meeting with licensed Bahraini tour operators to facilitate an organised entry of pilgrims to the holy sites. This initiative aims to ensure the seamless movement of pilgrims during the Hajj season.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Major Ahmed Al Ahmed, Head of the Security Committee of the Bahrain Hajj Mission, expressed gratitude toward the tour operators for their ongoing cooperation and adherence to the guidelines set by the Bahrain Hajj Mission and the relevant Saudi authorities. This collaboration is crucial for maintaining the safety and security of the pilgrims.
The meeting also focused on the importance of sustained cooperation between the mission and tour operators to achieve a successful Hajj season with a high level of organisation. Nasser Al Saadoun, a member of the Security Committee, presented the transport plan, which aims to clarify the organisational instructions for entering the holy sites and transporting pilgrims. The plan includes adhering to the set timings and routes for each campaign, as per the directives of the Saudi authorities, to ensure the comfort and safety of all pilgrims.
