Manama: As part of preparations for the 1446H Hajj season, a delegation from the Kingdom of Bahrain's Hajj mission conducted a field visit to inspect the camps designated for Bahraini pilgrims in Mina and Arafat. The visit aimed to assess the services and facilities at the holy sites in accordance with the standards and requirements approved by the relevant authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
According to Bahrain News Agency, during the visit, the delegation held a meeting with the authorised service provider responsible for delivering core services and infrastructure, to follow up on the planned arrangements and emphasise the importance of service quality and compliance with agreed standards. The latest updates to the timeline were also reviewed to ensure the best possible comfort and safety for Bahrain's pilgrims.
The delegation underlined its commitment to continued coordination and oversight to ensure that all arrangements are in place ahead of the season, allowing for the smooth and timely handover of the camps to Bahraini Hajj groups in line with the expectations and needs of the pilgrims.
