Manama: Bahraini daily newspapers today focused on events that happened over the past 24 hours. The Kingdom of Bahrain has expressed support for holding an emergency Arab summit in Cairo, as stated by the Foreign Minister to the Bahrain News Agency.
According to Bahrain News Agency, prominent members of the Bahraini royal family were involved in international sporting events. HH Shaikh Isa bin Ali attended the opening of the Asian Winter Games in Harbin, while HH Shaikh Faisal bin Rashid was present at the 17th race of the season at Al Raffa Racecourse.
In parliamentary developments, there is support for implementing initiatives from the Bahrain Summit and strengthening the partnership between Bahrain and Trkiye. A protocol for parliamentary cooperation was signed by the Speaker of the Bahraini Parliament and the President of the Turkish Grand National Assembly.
