Manama:Bahrain Development Bank (BDB), a prominent institution supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Bahrain, has announced a strategic collaboration with ARRAY to enhance its digital transformation journey. The announcement took place during the Gateway Gulf Forum 2026, an event aimed at fostering cooperation and partnership among business leaders and investors to support economic growth and development.
According to Bahrain News Agency, this collaboration is part of BDB's commitment to bolstering its digital capabilities and improving operational efficiency to provide a seamless banking experience for entrepreneurs and SME owners. ARRAY will supply the technical resources and expertise necessary to implement several digital projects in the coming year, thereby enhancing BDB's capacity to execute its digital initiatives and improving customer service.
Dalal Ahmed Al Qais, Group Chief Executive Officer of Bahrain Development Bank, highlighted the significance of digital transformation in developing services and enhancing customer experiences.
