Manama: The General Command of the Bahrain Defence Force has announced that Iran has continued its systematic hostile approach through missile and drone attacks targeting civilians in Bahrain. The announcement highlighted the successful interception and destruction of these aerial attacks by Bahrain's air defence systems. According to Bahrain News Agency, the General Command confirmed that all branches and units of the Bahrain Defence Force are maintaining the highest levels of readiness and defensive preparedness to protect the Kingdom. The public has been urged to remain vigilant and report any unusual or suspicious objects resulting from the remnants of the Iranian attacks, avoiding any physical contact with them. The General Command also noted that the Royal Field Engineering Unit is fully prepared to handle such objects safely, ensuring the protection of all citizens and residents. The statement emphasized that the intentional targeting of civilians and private property using missiles and drones is a c lear violation of international humanitarian law. Furthermore, the General Command expressed pride in the advanced combat readiness and vigilance of its personnel, who continue to fulfill their national duty in defending the Kingdom.
