Bahrain condemns burning of churches and houses in Faisalabad terrorist attack in Pakistan

Bahrain strongly condemned the burning of a number of churches and dozens of homes by extremists in the city of Faisalabad in Pakistan, calling it a heinous terrorist act that contradicted moral and human values and international laws.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs praised the efforts of the authorities in Pakistan and the measures they have taken to respond to these terrorist acts.

Bahrain also condemned the terrorist attack that targeted a truck carrying workers in the Waziristan region, which led to the death and injury of a number of people, and expressed deep condolences and sympathy to the families of the victims and to the Pakistani government and people, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.

The ministry affirmed Bahrain’s rejection of all actions aimed at undermining security and stability, harming civil peace, and violating the values of coexistence and religious tolerance in Pakistan.
