Bahrain Braces for Strong Winds and Hot Weather

Manama: The Meteorological Directorate has issued a forecast indicating hot weather conditions during the day, with generally fine weather overnight, accompanied by rising sand in certain areas. According to Bahrain News Agency, the forecast also warns of very strong northwesterly winds, blowing at speeds of 17 to 22 knots, and reaching up to 25 to 30 knots at times. The sea state is expected to be moderate inshore, with wave heights ranging from 2 to 3 feet, while offshore conditions could see waves between 4 to 8 feet. Temperatures are anticipated to peak at a maximum of 42ºC during the day, with a minimum of 33ºC. Humidity levels are expected to vary significantly, with a maximum of 60% and a minimum of 10%.
