Manama: In support of the development of horse racing in the Kingdom, Bahrain Bourse has renewed its partnership with the Rashid Equestrian and Horseracing Club (REHC), signing a silver sponsorship agreement for the 2025/2026 season. This renewed cooperation aims to further enhance collaboration between both parties and contribute to the continued growth of the horse racing sector in the Kingdom.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the sponsorship agreement was signed by Marwa Al Maskati, Senior Director of Partnership Development, Sustainability, and Communications at Bahrain Bourse, and Fatema Al Balooshi, Chief of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships at REHC.
Bahrain Bourse's sponsorship includes one of the local races, coinciding with its hosting of the 'The Market 2.0' conference, in addition to sponsoring one of the races on the Bahrain Turf Series race day during the upcoming season.
Al Maskati emphasised that the renewed sponsorship reflects Bahrain Bourse's commitment to supporting sporting initiatives and events, which highlight the Kingdom of Bahrain's prestigious standing and enhance its global presence.
For her part, Al Balooshi commended the ongoing cooperation with Bahrain Bourse, noting that this partnership underscores the shared commitment of both institutions to advancing the sports sector and reinforcing the Kingdom's standing at both regional and international levels.
