Manama: Shaikh Ahmed bin Hamad Al Khalifa, President of Customs, welcomed Silvio Schembri, Minister for the Economy, Enterprise and Strategic Projects of the Republic of Malta, to discuss efforts aimed at enhancing cooperation in the customs sector.
According to Bahrain News Agency, both sides emphasized the importance of strengthening the longstanding relations between Bahrain and Malta, focusing on constructive collaboration across various sectors. A significant part of the dialogue centered on the exchange of customs expertise, with discussions covering several topics of mutual interest.
Minister Schembri expressed Malta's dedication to deepening cooperation with Bahrain, particularly in the customs and economic fields. The meeting highlighted both nations' commitment to fostering stronger ties and exploring avenues for future collaboration.
