Accra:The Foreign Minister of Bahrain met with the Director for the Middle East and North Africa at the French Foreign Ministry to review the longstanding ties between Bahrain and France. The discussions focused on further strengthening bilateral cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
According to Ministry of Foreign Affairs - Bahrain, the meeting also covered regional developments and maritime security in the Strait of Hormuz and Bab al-Mandab, emphasizing their implications for the global economy. The two sides exchanged views on issues of mutual interest and explored ways to enhance consultation and coordination during Bahrain's membership of the UN Security Council.
