Manama: Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 1,910.04 points, marking an increase of 0.01 points above the previous closing. This minor rise was attributed to gains in the communications services sector and the financial sector.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Bahrain Islamic Index also observed growth, closing at 918.45 points, up by 0.81 points from its previous position. Market activity saw 122 equity transactions with a volume of 1,107,482, amounting to a total value of BD 344,721.
Investor activity was concentrated mainly in the financial sector, which accounted for 55.71% of the total value of securities traded. This focus contributed significantly to the overall performance of the stock indices.
