Manama: Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 2,045.02 points, marking an increase of 39.00 points above the previous closing. This increase was due to the rise in the communications services sector, the financial sector, and the material sector.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Bahrain Islamic Index also showed growth, closing at 978.99 points, which is an increase of 17.50 points from the previous closing. The trading session saw 254 equity transactions with a volume of 12,610,035 worth BD 3,325,272.
Investors focused their trading activities primarily on the financial sector, which represented 76.31% of the total value of securities traded.
