Manama: Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 2,060.09 points, marking a decrease of 0.44 points below the previous closing. This decrease was due to the fall in the financial sector. According to Bahrain News Agency, Bahrain Islamic Index has closed at 1,023.78 points, marking a decrease of 7.45 points below the previous closing. Results indicated that 50 equity transactions took place with a volume of 1,510,705 worth BD 689,392. Investors traded mainly in the materials sector, representing 63.24% of the total value of securities traded.
