Manama: Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 2,018.85 points, marking a decrease of 0.05 points below the previous closing. This decrease was due to the drop in the consumer discretionary sector and the material sector. According to Bahrain News Agency, Bahrain Islamic Index has closed at 791.54 points, marking an increase of 1.84 points above the previous closing. Results indicated that 46 equity transactions took place with a volume of 2,789,982 worth BD 359,581. Investors traded mainly in the real estate sector, representing 58.73% of the total value of securities traded.
