Bahrain All Share Index Closes Lower Amid Sector Declines

Manama: Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 1,969.00 points, marking a decrease of 3.32 points below the previous closing. This decline was attributed to drops in the consumer discretionary, financial, and material sectors.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the Bahrain Islamic Index remained unchanged, closing at 829.86 points. The market activity saw 23 equity transactions with a trading volume of 405,172 and a total value of BD 91,057.

Investors focused predominantly on the financial sector, which accounted for 63.80% of the total value of securities traded. The trading patterns reflect the sector's significant influence on the day's market performance.
