Bahrain All Share and Islamic Indices Decline Amid Sectoral Drops

Manama: Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 1,946.72 points, marking a decrease of 4.88 points below its previous closing. This decline was primarily driven by reductions in the communications services, financials, and consumer staples sectors. Similarly, the Bahrain Islamic Index concluded at 923.60 points, which is 5.32 points lower than its prior closing.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the trading session saw 103 equity transactions with a volume of 3,007,519, amounting to BD 837,149. The financials sector was the focal point for investors, accounting for 74.73% of the total value of securities traded.
