Manama: Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 2,026.24 points, marking an increase of 2.45 points above the previous closing. This positive change was influenced by the performance of several sectors, including communication services, consumer discretionary, financial, materials, and real estate.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Bahrain Islamic Index also experienced a rise, closing at 951.73 points with an increase of 0.52 points from the previous closing. The trading session saw 114 equity transactions with a volume of 4,781,715, amounting to BD 1,214,924 in value. The financial sector dominated trading activities, accounting for 77.86% of the total securities traded.
